AFRREP - Recover Account

If you have forgotten the email address used to register, recover your account using your AFRREP number or CAC details.

How it works

Choose whether you want to recover using your AFRREP registration number or your CAC company details.
Enter the matching information exactly as registered on the portal.
We will show your registered email address and send a password reset link to that email.
Use the link in the email to set a new password, then sign in with your recovered email address.
